200 g butter
100 g chocolate
2 eggs
1 dl granulated white sugar
4 dl all purpose flour
1/2 msk baking powder
1/2 tsk salt
3 1/2 dl milk
Extras:
Serve with cream, chocolate sauce and rasberry.
Instructions:
Melt the butter and stir in the chocolate so that it melts. Lift off and pour in the milk.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and then also stir in the butter/milk mixture. Feel free to use a bowl with a lid that you can then take with you out to the trip.
Separate the eggs.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar porous with an electric beater. Pour this into the batter in the bowl.
Whisk the egg white separately to a white foam and pour this into the bowl as well.
