Chicken wok with noodles

Youll need:

Approx. 1 kg chicken
500 g egg noodles
3 carrots
1 head broccoli
1 red pepper
0.5 leeks

Marinade:
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
4-5 tablespoons soy
sweet chili sauce

Oil to fry in

Tasty and simple wok that is perfect for larger groups. Prepare at home or do make everything right by the campfire.

Instructions:

  • Make a marinade of the garlic, soy and grated ginger. Add the chicken and leave it there until it's time to start stir-frying.
  • Chop carrots, broccoli, leeks and peppers.
  • Cook the noodles (if you prepare at home, you cook the noodles until they are almost done, then they can be completely done in the wok).
  • Stir-fry the chicken in oil until it has a nice color and is cooked through. Set aside.
  • Saute the vegetables until they get a little color. Don't be afraid to add more oil if needed.
  • Add the chicken again and also pour in the noodles. Add sweet chili sauce to taste. Stir for another minute or so.
  • Done!
